Weapons Defense

Black Belt testing involves defenses against a real knife.	A realistic attack with the assailant grabbing the shirt, and also shielding the knife.

Drills

Basic position, movement, and counters against an attacker closing in with a (very common) grab, bear hug, or sloppy takedown.	Ground, Pound, and Drag: conditioning drill combining ground striking and resistance runs.	3 Rounds Drill	This is a training drill combining Krav Maga combatives and Thrusters - a common CrossFit exercise.
